1. High-Temperature Vacuum Sintering Furnace Application
The 2000°C high-temperature resistance furnace is primarily used for ultra-high temperature inorganic materials, ceramics, functional materials, high melting point oxides, rapid annealing of high-temperature metals, and sintering experiments and research on special ultra-high temperature materials.
The SGM series 2000℃ ultra-high temperature box-type resistance furnace boasts excellent performance design, integrating multiple technologies for uniform temperature, safety, reliability, and practicality. It features a delicate and aesthetically pleasing appearance. This ultra-high temperature box-type resistance furnace is constructed with a double-shell structure, where the outer shell is made of quality carbon steel and cold-rolled steel plates, precision-cut, bent, and welded into shape on CNC machines, ensuring durability and strength.
High-temperature vacuum sintering furnaceFeatures:
1. The high-temperature vacuum sintering furnace utilizes graphite heating elements made from isostatic high-purity graphite material, boasting strong anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance, a long service life, and about twice the lifespan of domestic heating elements.
2. Furnace chamber material is made of graphitic material, including various types of graphite felt and graphite plate, with the heating element passing through insulating material via a graphite electrode. The insulation is treated using ultra-high-temperature ceramic materials.
3. The equipment heats up quickly, reaching approximately 2100°C within 120 minutes.
4. The equipment offers excellent thermal shock resistance and is suitable for testing the thermal shock resistance of ultra-high temperature materials. The heater is stable and reliable, with a long service life and low maintenance costs.
5. Optional vacuum unit available; operating under high vacuum can significantly extend the service life of the heating element.
6. The equipment can utilize tungsten-rhenium thermocouples for temperature measurement.
7. The furnace features a double-layer vacuum design, with a front-opening door for easy access.
8. Silicon-controlled rectifier control, transformer voltage regulation, programmable 50-stage automatic temperature rise control, PID parameter self-tuning function, manual/automatic interference-free switching function, paperless record of historical data and temperature rise curves, over-temperature alarm function, with temperature compensation and calibration capabilities.
9. Features side door operation with an electric cut-off protection design upon door opening, ultra-high temperature alarm, thermocouple damage electric cut-off, and built-in parameter password control.
10. Multiple safety protection designs: Featuring over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, short-circuit, and other protective measures. High degree of automation, excellent safety performance, and long service life.
11. Free installation, debugging, and training
Additional Configuration:
1. Optional RS232/485 interface for connection to a computer, exhaust chimney
2. Optional Paperless Recording Device
