3. Heating Element: Silicon molybdenum rod heating element, mounted on both sides of the furnace chamber for easy replacement.
4. The furnace body is made of double-layer stainless steel shell, with air circulation insulation, resulting in a low surface temperature.
5. Quick-loading and quick-opening furnace door design, easy loading and unloading, dual furnace door structure. The outer shell is made using pressure vessel welding technology, vacuum degree: 6.67×10-2 Pa.

Silicon-controlled rectifier control, transformer voltage regulation, PID parameter self-tuning function, manual/automatic interference-free switching function, paperless recording of historical data and temperature rise curves, over-temperature alarm function, with temperature compensation and correction capabilities.
7. Equipped with door-open power cut-off protection, high-temperature alarm function, thermocouple failure power cut-off function, and built-in parameter password control feature.
8. The heating rate is 5/15°C/min, with programmable 50-step full-automatic temperature control.
