1. Glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) piping is a non-metallic pipeline characterized by its light weight, high strength, corrosion and acid-base resistance. Based on a resin matrix, glass fiber without alkali is wound layer by layer around a rotating mandrel according to process requirements, with a rational and advanced wall structure that fully utilizes the material's properties. It enhances rigidity while ensuring product stability and reliability. GRP piping is favored for its excellent chemical corrosion resistance, lightweight strength, non-scaling, strong seismic resistance, longer service life compared to ordinary steel pipes, lower overall cost, quick installation, and safety. It is widely used in industries such as purification towers, chemical workshops, acid mist gas treatment, and wastewater gas treatment. The production and development of GRP piping in our country are advancing rapidly, with quantities increasing year by year and its application scope and departments expanding.
2. Craft pipelines are renowned for their "significant energy saving" due to their features: n ≤ 0.0084, with smooth inner walls resulting in minimal pressure loss during fluid transport. Therefore, for the same flow rate, smaller pipe diameters or lower-powered pumps can be used for long-distance transportation. Large-diameter pipelines can also reduce installation costs, cut down on insulation costs, eliminate corrosion prevention expenses, and avoid major repair costs, all contributing to their "longevity." ● Corrosion Resistance: In environments with crisscrossing and scattered networks, different corrosion-resistant pipelines can be selected according to the requirements of the gas medium.
