I. Product Introduction:
Fiberglass Transport and Storage Tank Introduction: Anti-bacterial and corrosion-resistant; smooth, clean, and easy to clean surface; high pressure, aging-resistant, lightweight, high strength, insulating, and waterproof; low thermal conductivity, effective for constant-temperature storage; long service life, no maintenance required, with a lifespan up to 50 years. The cylinder is typically composed of four layers: inner surface layer, medium layer, strength layer, and outer surface layer. Other layered structures can be used as needed, with a total wall thickness of not less than 8mm. The thickness of the inner surface layer is 2mm, and the thickness of the inner surface layer is not less than 2mm. The thickness of the strength layer is determined by design calculations, with the outer surface layer being 2πmm thick. Under the premise of meeting design requirements, the wall thickness of the vertical tank can be thinned or thickened. The content of resin and inner layer in the inner surface layer and inner layer is 80%-90%, 68%-78%, respectively, while the strength layer is 25%-40%, and the outer surface layer is not less than 70%. The inner angle of the fiber winding layer's inner wall should not exceed 1, and the spiral winding angle is 80102X, with the axial tensile strength of h not less than 15 MPa. Made by computer-controlled machines winding resin and fiberglass fibers.
