1. High-speed Sand Cylinder Filtration System Product Category: High-speed filtration sand cylinders for swimming pools are made by glass fiber winding (the process is equivalent to glass fiber reinforced plastic winding tanks), which are resistant to corrosion and pressure (normal working pressure: 2.5-4 kg/cm2, special pressure requirements can also be provided). 2. Fully Automatic Sand Filter Tank: When the system is in the filtration state, water that has not been filtered passes through the distributor and, with the help of a specially designed shell, arrives at the filter's media layer in a nearly plug flow state. As the water flows through the media layer, impurities are trapped within it. The bottom of the filter features a stainless steel wire mesh filter collector, which evenly collects and discharges the filtered water. Plug flow filtration ensures that the filter can filter at high flow rates while still achieving good filtration results.
3. As impurities continuously accumulate in the packing layer, the head loss will progressively increase. Once the head loss reaches a certain set limit, the system will automatically switch to backwash mode to clean the accumulated impurities. Regular backwashing to remove accumulated impurities is essential for the system. When the system is in backwash mode, a filter will simultaneously reverse the clean, filtered water back into the filter through a three-way backwash valve. During this reverse flow, the packing layer of the backwashed filter unit is flushed up by the water stream, and the impurities are discharged through a three-way backwash port. In the filtration system, specially designed collectors create an internal circulation of the packing layer during backwash, scrubbing the packing against each other. This maximizes the backwash efficiency, reduces the required backwash water, and prevents sand from escaping during backwash. Upon completion of backwashing, the valves return to the filtration state, and the next filter is prepared to enter backwash mode.
