I. Overview

Section II: Application Scope
This unit is suitable for absorbing various types of waste oil floating on the surface, including engine oil, kerosene, diesel, lubricating oil, vegetable oil, and other liquids with a density less than that of water. It can aggregate and recover the oil regardless of the thickness of the oil layer on the water surface.

III. Machine Features
Compared to other models of oil collectors, the main features of this unit are:
1. Added a secondary separation section on the ground, enhancing the purity of the oil.
2. The oil recovery section can adjust the buoyant float according to the thickness of the oil layer, ensuring that the machine can recover oil regardless of the thickness of the oil layer on the water surface.
3. Utilizes a unique oil extraction and collection method, virtually immune to blockages from oil and suspended particles.
4. Water and ground power setups can be equipped with explosion-proof electrical appliances upon customer request to prevent the risk of explosion due to electric sparks in flammable and explosive areas.

Section 4: Floating Oil Absorber Structure
1. Submerged section:
Start the oil collection motor, after the oil layer filters out suspended particles through a separator, it flows through the central tube into the upper part of the oil collection drum. Water returns to the oil separator tank from the reflector cover.
2. Ground Part:
Start the oil pump, and use the rubber hose and vacuum tank to suction the oil accumulated at the top of the oil collection cylinder into the secondary separation unit on the ground. The oil rises to the surface while water sinks due to the honeycomb inclined pipes. The oil flows into the oil collection drum through the oil outlet pipe, ready for reuse or further processing. The water returns to the oil separator through the adjusting nut and the clean water overflow channel.
