I. Process Description:
This system is an automatic blending system for high-speed rail brake blocks. During the production process, it can automatically blend various materials according to the formulation requirements, following the process flow. After blending, the material is automatically discharged, followed by mixing, and then the material is automatically released. This cycle repeats.
The microcomputer control system features full automatic equipment control and weighing data management capabilities. During the production process, it can add various materials to the hopper in fixed weight proportions according to the predetermined formula, as required by the process flow. Once the weighing display reaches the designated amount (i.e., completing the weighing measurement for each material), the materials are then discharged into the mixer's feeding port either all at once or in multiple steps as per the unloading program.

5. Automatically blends a variety of materials according to formula requirements, featuring automatic sealing and connection of the feeding and discharging ports during the blending process, as well as dust collection capabilities during blending.
6. Offer a historical data query system, enabling authorized access to ingredient parameters for any specified time period, with printing functionality available for authorized printouts of ingredient parameters for any time period.
7. The human-machine interface is clear and easy to understand. The electronic control system can automatically calculate and display the weight of materials in the storage bin on the screen, along with text or image information such as the automatic weighing operation status, instantaneous weight, and cumulative weight, featuring simulation functions on the interface.
