Product Introduction:
This system is an automated production line for welding rod industry's powder mixing workshop, primarily used for the full automation of the entire process, including automatic sieving, automatic feeding, automatic measurement, automatic mixing, and automatic conveyance to the rolling line for metal and mineral powders. The system can automatically control the movement of ingredient carts or fixed weighing bins under 30 (or more) storage bins to accurately measure and mix various materials according to formula requirements.

2. Inventory management for raw materials uses barcode error prevention, adhering to the "first in, first out" principle. The system does not execute the operation if an employee makes a mistake.
3. Multiple feeding methods available; ingredient accuracy up to ±0.1%.
4. Formula permission management distinguishes between administrators and operators, achieving formula confidentiality.
5. The system can store and edit multiple recipes, with a capacity of 500 recipes.
6. The system can automatically store all information during the ingredient process, enabling product traceability and allowing for the printing of reports.
7. The system is scalable and can be connected with the company's ERP and MES systems.
