Product Introduction:
This system is an automated production line for the powder mixing workshop in the flux-cored wire industry, primarily used for the fully automated control of the entire process, including automatic screening, automatic feeding, automatic measurement, automatic mixing, and automatic conveyance to the rolling mill line. The system can automatically control the movement of a mobile batching cart or a fixed weighing hopper under 30 (or more) material storage bins to achieve the measurement and batching of various materials according to formula requirements.

1. Simple operation, high level of automation; once the operator feeds the materials, just press the start button for automatic sifting, automatic feeding, automatic batching, automatic mixing, and automatic conveying.
2. Inventory management for raw materials, including incoming and outgoing stock and material input, utilizes barcode error prevention. It adheres to the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principle, and the system will not execute an operation if an employee makes an error.
3. Multiple feeding methods available, with ingredient accuracy up to ±0.1%.
4. Formula authorization management, distinguishing between administrators and operators, ensures formula confidentiality.
5. The system can store and edit multiple recipes, with a capacity of 500 recipes.
6. The system can automatically store all information during the ingredient process, ensuring product traceability and enabling the printing of reports.
7. The system is scalable and can be connected to the company's ERP and MES systems.
