The ton bag unloading machine elevates ton bags to the feeding port using an electric hoist or forklift, compresses the bags, opens the ton bag discharge opening, and assists with a knocking device or vibration device to encourage the material to fall into the lower hopper. It is widely used in industries such as food, chemicals, plastics, lithium batteries, and new materials for unpacking and discharging powders and granular materials from ton bag packaging.
The bag unloader is composed of a bag holding mechanism, a bulk bag hoist, an electric hoist, an automatic cylinder striking or vibrating device, a vacuum cleaner, and equipment brackets. The entire structure is designed logically, easy to operate, features a sealed bag opening that prevents dust from flying, improves the working environment, and allows for full discharge with minimal residue.
The unboxing machine discharge opening can be connected to equipment such as a material storage bin, a rotating unloading valve, a screw conveyor, a crusher, an electromagnetic iron separator, and a vacuum feeding machine.
