It consists of servo screws, electronic scales, mechanical turntables, and PLC control systems. The instruments use high-precision digital weighing scales, while the controller is composed of SIEMENS S7200 PLC and a touch screen. The control system employs digital online monitoring technology to achieve fast and accurate batching. Combined with an independent dust collection system, this results in a qualitative change in production efficiency and working environment.
