JYJT Series Copper Contact Wire

2. JYJ Series Copper-Silver Alloy Contact Wire - Our independently developed copper-silver alloy contact wire offers higher strength and better resistance to softening compared to pure copper conductors. It meets the high-speed operation requirements of locomotives, extending their service life. This product has been widely used on the Xilin River-Haibin Line, Beijing-Guangzhou Express Line, and many main routes under the railway bureaus of Zhengzhou, Beijing, Chengdu, Lanzhou, etc. (For structural dimensions and reference unit weight of the copper-silver alloy contact wire, refer to the section on copper contact wire structural dimensions in TB2809-2005.)

Note: The tensile test speed is 20mm/min to 30mm/min, with a gauge length of 250mm; the sample is heated to 300°C ±5°C, held at temperature for 2 hours, then cooled naturally, which is referred to as softening.

Torsion test speed: 15r/min to 20r/min, single-direction twist, specimen gauge length: 250mm.

The bend test should first be performed with the small circle bending inward, and the test speed should not exceed 60 r/min.

d is the diameter of the contact wire used in the winding test. The large circular arc is wound inward, and the specimen should be free of cracks, peeling, or splits. The test speed should not exceed 10 r/min.
