Product Overview
The JYTS series carbon brush sliding contact wires are embedded with multi-pole copper bars as transmission busbars within a high-strength, high-insulation, semi-enclosed engineering plastic conduit. The JYTL series carbon brush sliding contact wires are embedded with copper bars lined with high-insulation engineering plastic within an aluminum alloy tube as transmission busbars: This series features an aluminum alloy housing, which is sturdy, durable, and has a longer service life, with high-temperature and radiation resistance, and electrical shielding for the transmission lines. The conduits of JYTS and JYTL are equipped with compact and flexible collector carriages, which move synchronously with the movement of the receiving equipment under traction. At the same time, the power on the rail is reliably supplied to the moving receiving equipment through the sliding contact of multi-pole brushes configured on the collector.

Main components and their working principles
The JYT series carbon brush sliding contact wire assembly consists of the main components of conduit, collector, orthogonal or synchronizer, thermal expansion compensation device, suspension device, and some auxiliary components, meeting the requirements of various applications.

· Conduits are semi-closed, irregularly shaped tube components that serve as the main part of the sliding contact line. They can accommodate 2 to 9 bare guide rails internally as power conductors, with each rail insulated from the others and from the outer shell, ensuring safe power supply. They effectively prevent electric shock accidents during maintenance with live electricity. Our factory produces conduits in 4-meter lengths, which can be connected to any desired length. They can be manufactured in straight lines or curved shapes as per special requirements.
· Collector, a set of brush holder shells running within a conduit, driven by a drawbar (or traction chain, etc.) mounted on the power unit (crane, trolley, electric hoist, etc.), synchronizing with the power unit's operation. It transmits the electrical energy of the brushes through the guide rails to the motor or other control components. The number of poles of the collector brushes ranges from 3 to 16, corresponding to the number of guide rails in the conduit.
Product Features
· Safety: The JYT series brush slide contact line housing is made of high-insulation engineering plastic. The housing has an IP23 protection rating, capable of protecting against rain, snow, frost, and freezing attacks, as well as preventing contact with foreign objects. The product has excellent insulation properties, and the semi-enclosed structure poses no harm to maintenance personnel when contacting the external part of the transmission conduit.
· Reliable: Transmission rails feature excellent conductivity, fast heat dissipation, high current density, low impedance, and minimal line losses. The brushes are made of copper-carbon alloy materials with high conductivity and wear resistance. The collector moves flexibly with good directional performance, effectively controlling contact arcs and serial arcs.
· Economy: The JYT series carbon brush sliding contact wire has a simple structure, high allowable current density, low resistivity, and low voltage loss, which can save electricity by about 10%. It achieves the replacement of steel with plastic and copper with plastic, featuring innovative design. It does not require additional insulation structure or compensation wire, and can be installed on the same side as the crane control room, saving installation materials and costs.
· Convenient: The JYT series carbon brush sliding contact lines integrate multi-pole transmission busbars into a single conduit for easy assembly. The fixed brackets, connecting clamps, and suspension devices are all provided as standard components, making installation, disassembly, adjustment, and maintenance extremely convenient.
Application
The JYT series carbon brush sliding contact lines are suitable for mobile power supply equipment such as electric hoists, electric gantry and bridge cranes, underhung cranes, stackers, elevators, portable electric tools, as well as for automatic production lines and inspection lines of industrial products, and for laying busbars in factories, workshops, and other facilities.
