WN Overview
The WN type dredge pump features a front-disassembly structure for easy assembly and disassembly during maintenance. It is equipped with tools tailored to the structural characteristics of each component, ensuring convenient installation and removal.
The impeller and shaft are connected using standard square thread, allowing for strong torque transmission and easy assembly and disassembly. A removal ring is provided at the shaft sleeve for convenient impeller removal.
Excellent cavitation performanceThe WN type dredge pump features excellent cavitation performance, ensuring the pump has strong suction capabilities and can achieve greater depths and higher concentrations of吸入物.
AdaptableThe WN type dredge pump can adjust its head by changing the impeller speed or the diameter of the pump impeller, while maintaining a constant flow rate.

High abrasion resistance
The impeller, sleeve, and front and rear baffles (wear-resistant pads) of the WN dredge pump's overflow components are made of highly wear-resistant alloy cast iron with a hardness of not less than 58HRC. This material offers excellent impact resistance and high wear resistance. Our recently developed A31 material achieves a hardness of up to 70HRC. During the product design process, we have carefully considered the service life matching between components, ensuring that the replacement cycles for wear-resistant parts are similar, thereby reducing maintenance and replacement costs.
Low-energy consumption
Due to the adoption of advanced hydraulic models, the efficiency level of the dredge pump is high.The efficiency level of the WN dredge pump is 2~3 percentage points higher than that of the average imported dredge pump, allowing for lower fuel consumption at the same output.
Axial seal is reliable, no leakage
Axial seals for the 200WN~500WN dredge pumps use mechanical seals or packing seals, or a composite seal with both. The 600WN~1000WN dredge pumps utilize a helical sleeve L-type rubber sealing device, consisting of 3 L-shaped sealing rings and a sleeve with special threads.
Electromagnetic Swivel Mechanism
The 700WN~1000WN dredge pumps are available with an electric reversible unit, which can drive the pump shaft to rotate in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions. This not only saves time on dismantling and assembling the impeller but also reduces the workload for the operator.
