High performance, low maintenance cost
KSG Overview
RobustThe sand slurry pump is a specialized pump equipment for transporting mud containing large particles. The KSG gravel pump boasts robust pumping capabilities, features such as wear and corrosion resistance. This series of pumps features a single-stage, single-suction, cantilever, horizontal structure. The pump body, cover, and connecting plate are connected with clamps, and grease lubrication is used.
Sand pump and drive units are available with direct drive, V-belt drive, hydraulic coupler drive, and reducer drive options.
The pump's discharge direction can be360° versatile positioning, featuring easy installation, excellent cavitation performance, and good wear resistance. All models of pumps have a horizontal inlet, viewed from the transmission direction, the pump rotates clockwise, and can also rotate counterclockwise as needed.

Features and Benefits
Low-cost
RobustThe KSG Sand Slurry Pump is designed to offer clients high performance with low maintenance costs. The robust sand slurry pump utilizes advanced design and technology, enhancing energy efficiency while reducing energy consumption and overall operating costs, thereby minimizing maintenance for the slurry pump.
Less parts need to be replaced
Slurry sand pumps are commonly used to handle media with a high concentration of sand and gravel particles, which can lead to pump wear. The pump body and impeller are made from wear-resistant materials to enhance the pump's lifespan and reliability, while reducing maintenance and replacement part costs.
Customized Solutions
Powerful Pumping Group offers customized gravel pump solutions based on specific customer requirements. This means customers can choose configurations suitable for their engineering projects, reducing unnecessary investment and operational costs.
Sealed System
The seal system of sand and gravel slurry pumps is crucial for preventing the leakage of internal medium. The strong pump industry group's gravel slurry pumps utilize advanced sealing technologies such as mechanical seals or packing seals, ensuring pump operation and reducing energy and maintenance costs due to leakage.
