TL Overview
The powerful TL series flue gas desulfurization pump is a horizontal centrifugal pump, mainly used as the circulating pump for the absorption tower in flue gas desulfurization plants.
Wide traffic range, high efficiency, and energy-saving features.The TL series desulfurization pumps are paired with a compact X-type bracket, saving space. Additionally, our company has developed various materials specifically for flue gas desulfurization pumps.
Inside the metal pump casing, the impeller, volute liner, suction plate, and back plate are all made of wear and corrosion-resistant materials. The suction cover is made of spheroidal cast iron with rubber.

Enhance bearing lifespan
Two sets of tapered roller bearings are installed at the end of the desulfurization pump, while cylindrical roller bearings are fitted at the driving end. The bearings are lubricated with oil. These measures improve the working condition of the bearings and significantly extend their lifespan.
Integrated mechanical seal
Mechanical seals are used with an integrated mechanical seal design, specifically for flue gas desulfurization processes, ensuring the normal operation of the flue gas desulfurization process.

TL Series Flue Gas Desulfurization Pump Efficiency
SO₂ is an acidic gas that poses significant harm to the environment. Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) is a technology used to remove sulfur dioxide (SO₂) from flue gases in power plants and waste incineration processes. By using specially designed slurry pumps, we employ a CaCO₃ (limestone) slurry to absorb SO₂, producing CaSO₃ (calcium sulfite), which can be reused in construction.
The Kingda TL/TLR series flue gas desulfurization pumps are horizontal centrifugal pumps, featuring a double-shell structure with replaceable alloy metal or rubber lining, offering wear and corrosion resistance, and high reliability.
Rear detachable structure for easy inspection or replacement of impellers and mechanical seals without dismantling the inlet and outlet pipelines. Axial seals can use筒shaped mechanical seals with desulfurization technology, offering longer service life and reduced downtime.
