TLR Desulfurization Pump
Robust TLR desulfurization circulating pump, a double-shell horizontal, axial-inlet, single-stage, single-suction, suspended, and rear-pumped structure.
The TLR desulfurization pump lining is made of replaceable wear-resistant rubber or polyurethane material, featuring energy-saving, corrosion and wear resistance, reliable operation, and long service life.
TLR Overview
Two sets of cone roller bearings are installed at the end of the desulfurization pump, while cylindrical roller bearings are fitted on the driving end. The bearings are lubricated with oil. These measures improve the working condition of the bearings, significantly extending their lifespan.
Robust TLR series flue gas desulfurization pumps are horizontal centrifugal pumps, primarily used as circulating pumps in the absorption tower of FGD units.
Wide traffic range, high efficiency, and energy-saving features. The TLR series desulfurization pumps are equipped with a compact X-type bracket, saving space. Additionally, our company has developed various materials for the FGD pump.
Rubber pump housing, impeller, suction cover/Lids are made of wear and corrosion-resistant materials; the front and back linings, as well as the inner lining, are made of natural rubber, which is lightweight, natural, has excellent corrosion resistance, and is cost-effective.

Operating
By adjusting the bearing assembly, the position of the impeller within the desulfurization pump casing can be altered, ensuring the pump remains operational at all times.
Easy maintenance
The desulfurization pump features a rear-pull structure for easy installation and maintenance. No need to dismantle the inlet and outlet pipes.
Enhance bearing lifespan
Two sets of tapered roller bearings are fixed at the end of the desulfurization pump, while the drive end is equipped with cylindrical roller bearings. The bearings are lubricated with oil. These measures can improve the working condition of the bearings and greatly extend their service life.

Application Fields
Desulfurization system slurry pump application
Slurry pumps are widely used in the limestone/gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization system, in addition to the main circulation slurry pump, a series of auxiliary desulfurization pumps are required. For example, limestone slurry pump: transports slurry from the slurry system to the absorber tower; absorber tower discharge pump: discharges slurry from the absorber tower during maintenance or accidents; slurry recycle pump: returns slurry discharged during maintenance or accidents back to the absorber tower; gypsum slurry discharge pump: discharges the gypsum slurry inside the absorber tower to the filter; filtrate pump: recovers or treats the slurry after filtration; wastewater pump: discharges water collected from various work stations.
Rubber linings offer excellent corrosion and wear resistance, and they can also reduce noise caused by hydraulic impact. Various chemicals in the sludge of desulfurization systems generally have no effect on rubber, as long as the acidity is belowThe product maintains excellent performance at a pH of 0.5. The rubber lining is lighter than metal-lined products and is easier to repair and install.
