The VRTS High-Speed Turntable Bearing series features higher speed than the VRT standard series and maintains a low, uniform friction torque throughout the entire speed range. The external structure and dimensions are identical to the VRT series, but the internal design differs. This series is particularly suitable for use with direct-drive motors. The VRTS High-Speed Turntable Bearings (abbreviated as VRTS Turntable Bearings) have the same external structure and dimensions as the VRT series, but the internal design is different. This results in a higher maximum speed limit for the VRTS series compared to the VRT series, along with a lower and more uniform friction torque. Therefore, they are ideal for applications requiring relatively low friction and higher speeds, such as bearings used on shafts driven by direct-drive motors.
Due to VRTS bearings' high limit speed and very low stable friction torque, they are particularly suitable for engines with torque. Bearing advantages:
1. High Precision: Accuracy up to P4, P2
2. High rigidity: All bearings in this series are pre-loaded.
3. High Load Capacity: Can withstand axial load, radial load, and thrust load.
4. High-speed Rotation: The YRTS series bearings are suitable for high-speed operating environments.
Application Range: Widely used in precision rotary tables, indexing heads, gear hobbing machines, and workpiece shafts of milling machines, etc.
