Product Description:
The 7KDF series thrust angle joints or bearings include a solid outer black housing, two inner rings, and two sets of ball and cage assemblies. The angle of the joint is 60 degrees, with both the outer and inner rings featuring mounting holes for easy installation through connection selection. The bearing itself is secured by the connecting screws, ensuring installation and handling ease. The 2KLDF thrust angle joint ball series turntable bearings have sealed caps on both sides to prevent external contaminants and impurities from entering and to prevent the leakage of internal lubricant. The ZKLDF thrust angle contact ball series turntable bearings are lubricated with composite barium-based grease and can also be relubricated through the oil holes in the outer ring. The ZKLDF thrust angle contact ball series turntable bearings are designed with a double-row ball structure and a 60-degree contact angle in both directions, allowing them to withstand radial loads, bidirectional axial loads, and significant torque. The special design of the yellow brass cage provides higher strength and lower torque, making this series particularly suitable for ultra-high-speed, long-term operation, and applications requiring high rigidity and precision.
ZKLDF features low friction, high rotational precision, and high speed limits, capable of withstanding significant axial and radial loads and exhibiting excellent anti-tilt stability. This bearing is particularly suitable for applications involving complex loads and precision alignment, and is widely used in machine tool rotary tables, heads, and various viewing equipment.
