This assembly consists of a reduction motor,粘油带, a drive shaft, a driven shaft, an oil scraper, a housing, and an oil collector. The reduction motor drives the drive shaft, which rotates the driven shaft via the粘油带. By utilizing the physical affinity differences between water-based coolant and floating oil, the粘油带 is immersed in the oil mixture area, thereby lifting the floating oil from the mixture and scraping it into the collector with the oil scraper.
This unit is primarily used for wet processing, removing floating oil from the coolant tank. It features a small footprint, durability, smooth operation, and reliability. It has strong adaptability to fluctuations in the oil level and liquid surface. The major characteristic of this unit is its large oil removal capacity and rapid speed.
Caution: When purchasing and installing individually, the installation should be done in an area with relatively calm liquid surface.
