The HRBJ series chip conveyor is composed of a hydraulic system, an electrical control system, a trough, a chip pusher, etc. It is a chip conveyor driven by a reciprocating power source that continuously pushes chips forward. Mainly used for conveying chips of various materials and shapes in dry or wet processing. Particularly suitable for conveying long, coiled, and clumped chips produced by heavy-duty machine tool production lines and assembly lines. The step-type chip conveyor can be installed on the ground or in a trench according to customer requirements, with a single unit capable of forming a conveying line of about 20 to 80 meters. It is especially suitable for centralized conveying of chips from special materials such as bearings, train hubs, rolling mill rolls, and swivel supports.

During the mechanical processing, the iron chips generated by machine tools can lead to various issues such as environmental pollution, transportation difficulties, and resource waste. This step-by-step centralized chip removal line, when combined with a chip shredder, a spinner dryer, and an iron chip briquetting machine, can efficiently transport, shred, spin dry, and then briquette the iron chips produced by machine processing. This not only saves labor and materials but also facilitates the storage, transportation, and recycling of iron chips, while also protecting the environment.
