The CBP series magnetic plate chip conveyor is compact in structure and operates smoothly with low noise. It is suitable for conveying magnetically attractive particles, block-like chips, and chips less than 150mm in length. The machine's main working element features a strong magnetic field, providing excellent chip removal performance. This chip removal is quantitative, meaning the amount of iron chips each magnetic material can attract is fixed. Even if more chips accumulate on the working surface, it still transports them according to the fixed chip removal rate. Additionally, all moving parts of the chip conveyor are enclosed within the housing, so the machine will not jam or overheat even if there are non-chip foreign objects on the working panel.
