Structural Features: The spiral steel belt guard is manufactured from high-quality spring steel strip, heat-treated for durability, and provides protection for ball screw, shaft, and rod components. The guard is connected to the protected part without contact via centering flanges installed at both ends of the protected part. The safety of the connection between the guard and the centering flange relies on its inherent pre-compressed spring force, ensuring stable operation, flexibility, and low noise during use. The surface has a black luster, harmonizing with most flange components on the machine tool.

2. The user's unit provides the protective sleeve with D, Lmax, Lmin (special requirement D2) (code as shown in the figure), which is designed and manufactured by our factory. The price is calculated uniformly based on the standard specifications.
