The LYL-FANM series muffle furnace incorporates advanced technology and is self-developed and produced for energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and new electric furnaces. The shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, processed by CNC machine tools, and finished with a luxurious and beautiful two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying process. It is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. The heating elements are made of high-quality resistance wire/silicon carbide rod/silicon molybdenum rod. The double-layer furnace shell with air insulation layer can maintain a low surface temperature of the furnace shell. The furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature of the furnace body, adjustable heating rate, energy saving, and more. The furnace chamber is constructed from ceramic fiber material using CNC technology, with strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, no slag, no pollution, and a long service life. The control system employs microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology, featuringPIDAdjustable, fully automatic control, self-tuning function, multi-programming capabilities, and customizable heating and holding programs with high temperature control accuracy; integrated module with silicon-controlled rectifier control and phase-shifting triggering, featuring a protection system: independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, short-circuit, and other protections.
