Thermal Shock Test Furnace Equipment Application: Used for determining the thermal shock resistance of refractory products.
Standard of Execution: The equipment is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of YB/T 376.1 "Test Methods for Thermal Shock Resistance of Refractory Products."
Instrument Structure: Composed of furnace body, furnace door opening mechanism, sample holding mechanism, cooling water tank, and control cabinet. The furnace body, furnace door opening mechanism, sample holding mechanism, cooling water tank, and control cabinet form an integrated unit. The furnace door opening mechanism is a linkage mechanism, allowing operation away from the furnace door to prevent harm from thermal radiation during door opening. The sample holding mechanism is made of stainless steel and features a safe and convenient remote operation for flipping, with the sample holder capable of horizontal rotation for easy sample loading and observation of the sample end surface damage.
Control Method: The control section of this test furnace is equipped with a microcomputer controller, utilizing PID control technology for accurate and reliable temperature control; it features a liquid crystal touch screen for simple and convenient operation; the machine has a high degree of automation, capable of automatic heating, temperature maintenance, printing process parameters, and soft shutdown. It can achieve automatic process control and semi-automatic recording of thermal shock cycles.
Safety Performance: Equipped with emergency stop, rod breakage, overcurrent, and overvoltage alarm devices, features accident alarms and leakage protection, with complete safety facilities.
