The LYL-16ZLF series high-temperature, high-vacuum furnaces are primarily used for vacuum sintering, quenching, and other processes of hard alloys, magnetic materials, ceramics, and powdered materials. The high-temperature sintering process for materials ensures reliable thermal and insulation properties. The new electrode structure eliminates the issue of electrode leakage in high-temperature furnaces, and the easily damaged parts in the heating system are more convenient for maintenance and replacement.

Vacuum System DescriptionVaccum System)
1. The vacuum system is a diffusion pump unit, which consists of a diffusion pump and a scroll-type Roots vacuum pump. It includes a high vacuum diffusion pump, a water-cooled baffle, a scroll vacuum pump, an electromagnetic vacuum filling valve, a high vacuum pneumatic baffle valve (main valve), a high vacuum pneumatic baffle valve pre-evacuation valve, a high vacuum pneumatic baffle valve (exit valve), an upstream pipeline filling valve, connecting pipes, seals, a composite vacuum gauge, and a power distribution cabinet, etc., forming a pumping system.
2. This unit is not suitable for extracting gases that are corrosive to metals or cause chemical reactions with the pump oil. It can serve as a high vacuum acquisition device for high-tech equipment such as vacuum smelting, vacuum sintering, vacuum heat treatment, vacuum coating, vacuum brazing, and space simulation experimental facilities. The operating environment temperature is 5~40°C, with a relative humidity not exceeding 85%, and the cooling water temperature is 25°C ±5°C.

The vacuum level is related to the suction capability of the vacuum pump, the sealing of the chamber, and the degassing amount of the internal materials (such as the inner wall of the furnace, experimental devices, and heat sinks). The ultimate pressure of this unit is 1×10^-3 Pa, the operating pressure is 1×10^-2 Pa, and the suction time is approximately 1 hour.
4. The diffusion pump cannot generate vacuum independently; it must be primed by a preliminary pump to reduce the system pressure to within the required startup pressure of the diffusion pump, which is generally ≤10 Pa.
5. A new water-cooled baffle is installed at the intake of the diffusion pump, effectively preventing the return of oil vapor from the diffusion pump into the vacuum chamber, thus avoiding contamination of the experimental equipment.
6. To prevent the vacuum oil in the preliminary pump from reversing into the diffusion pump cavity upon shutdown, an electromagnetic valve must be installed at the inlet of the preliminary vacuum, automatically isolating the system piping during shutdown.
All valves are actuated pneumatically for easy operation.
8. Upon initiating the vacuum process, this system is equipped with a preliminary evacuation pipeline. The gas being evacuated is directly extracted by the primary pump, bypassing the diffusion pump, to prevent contamination of the diffusion pump by the gas inside the vacuum vessel (moisture, volatiles, impurities). Once the pressure inside the vacuum vessel drops to 10 Pa, close the preliminary evacuation valve and open the baffle valve. The diffusion pump then commences normal evacuation of the vessel.
