The LYL-18IM series muffle furnaces incorporate advanced technology, featuring self-developed and produced energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and new-type electric furnaces with an advanced and reasonable structure, and are aesthetically pleasing. The outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate, processed by CNC machine tools, and finished with a luxurious and beautiful two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying process, which is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. It uses resistance wire/silicon carbide rod/silicon molybdenum rod as the heating element, a double-layer furnace shell air insulation layer, maintaining a low surface temperature of the furnace shell. The furnace boasts balanced temperature field, low surface temperature of the furnace body, adjustable heating rate, energy-saving, and other advantages. The furnace chamber is constructed from ceramic fiber material using CNC technology, with strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, no slag, no pollution, and a long service life.
