The LYL-20R series safety melting furnace introduces advanced technology, a self-developed energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and new type electric furnace with an advanced and reasonable structure. It features an aesthetically pleasing appearance, with the outer shell made of cold-rolled steel plate processed by advanced CNC machines. The luxurious and beautiful two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying process ensures high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Equipped with a heating element, the furnace has a wind-cooling system between the double-layer shells for rapid temperature reduction. It boasts even temperature distribution, low surface temperature of the furnace body, fast temperature rise and fall rates, and energy-saving advantages. The furnace chamber is constructed from imported composite alumina fiber material processed by CNC technology, offering strong thermal shock resistance, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, crystallization, or slagging, and low pollution, with a long service life. The control system uses microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology, featuring PID regulation, automatic control, and self-tuning functions, multi-step program programming, and the ability to create various heating, holding, and cooling programs with high temperature control accuracy. Integrated module silicon control, phase shift triggering, and a protection system: featuring independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, and short-circuit protection. The degree of automation is high, and all indicators have reached advanced levels.
This equipment is widely used in universities, research institutions, and industrial and mining enterprises for experiments and production in fields such as powder, electronics, metallurgy, ceramics, new materials, chemical industry, metal sintering, and metal heat treatment.
