The vacuum atmosphere heat treatment furnace LYL-10ZKRL incorporates advanced technology, featuring an independently developed energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and new type electric furnace with an advanced and reasonable structure, and is aesthetically pleasing. The outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate, processed by CNC machine tools, and finished with a luxurious and beautiful two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying process, which is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. It uses resistance wire/silicon carbide rod/silicon molybdenum rod as the heating element, a double-layer furnace shell air insulation layer, maintaining a low surface temperature of the furnace shell. The furnace boasts an even temperature field, low surface temperature of the furnace body, adjustable heating rate, energy-saving, and other advantages. The furnace chamber is constructed from ceramic fiber material using CNC technology, with strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, non-collapsing, non-crystallizing, non-dripping, non-polluting, and a long service life. The control system employs microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology, featuringPIDAdjustable, fully automatic control, self-tuning function, multi-programming capabilities, with customizable heating and holding programs, high temperature control accuracy; integrated module with thyristor control, phase-shifting triggering, and protection system: featuring independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, short-circuit, etc. High level of automation, all indicators meet advanced standards.
This furnace is equipped with a 1-8 type vacuum pump, and an additional set of condenser tubes is required between the vacuum pump and the furnace interface. Working Atmosphere: atmosphere protection (can accommodate various inert protective atmospheres) with a reserved vacuum port.
