It boasts an aesthetically pleasing appearance, with the outer shell made of cold-rolled steel plate, processed by advanced CNC machines. The luxurious and beautiful two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying technology ensures its high-temperature and corrosion resistance. Equipped with a heating element and a wind cooling system between the double furnace shells for rapid temperature reduction, this furnace offers balanced temperature distribution, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall rates, and energy-saving advantages. The furnace chamber is constructed from imported composite alumina fiber material using CNC technology, exhibiting strong thermal shock resistance, good corrosion resistance, non-collapsing, non-crystallizing, no slagging, non-polluting, and a long service life. The control system utilizes microcomputer artificial intelligence adjustment technology with PID regulation, automatic control, and self-tuning functions, multi-step program programming, and the ability to create various heating, holding, and cooling programs with high temperature control accuracy. The integrated module features silicon-controlled rectifier control and phase-shifting triggering, with a protection system that includes independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, and short-circuit protection. The level of automation is high, and all indicators have reached advanced levels.
