The outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate, precision machined on a CNC machine, and finished with a luxurious and beautiful two-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spray painting process, offering high-temperature and corrosion resistance. It utilizes resistance wire/silicon carbide rod/silicon molybdenum rod as the heating element, a double-layer furnace shell with an air insulation layer, maintaining a low surface temperature of the furnace shell. The furnace boasts balanced thermal field, low surface temperature of the furnace body, adjustable heating rate, energy-saving, and other advantages. The furnace chamber is constructed from ceramic fiber material using CNC technology, with strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, no slagging, no pollution, and a long service life.
