I. Product Overview
RFC-B Series Oil-Emulsified Waste Water Treatment Units are a product developed successfully through the adoption of advanced domestic and international technologies on the basis of the JS and RFC-I waste water treatment units. After being used on-site by relevant units and tested and certified by environmental protection departments, all technical indicators of this series meet the national advanced level.
Scope of Application
This series is primarily designed for treating various oil-containing wastewater, including emulsified oil wastewater from mechanical and rolling processing, cleaning wastewater from locomotives and oil tankers in the railway sector, compressor discharge wastewater from power departments, and oil storage wastewater across various industries.
III. Product Features
Our PFC-B series industrial wastewater treatment machines are designed by absorbing the expertise from the 10th Design Institute of the Ministry of Mechanical Industry, and have been continuously upgraded and improved by our technical staff through engineering practice. They feature the following notable characteristics:
A. Reliable technical performance, highly targeted, a specialized equipment for treating emulsified oil-containing wastewater.
B. Integrated process with混凝反应, pressurized dissolved air flotation, multi-media filtration, and activated carbon adsorption; advanced technology, compact structure, low energy consumption, and high level of automation.
C. By utilizing the new technology of automatic atmospheric tracking and pressurized air flotation, as well as the new process of automatic dosing, we have overcome the difficulty in operating traditional air compressors and avoided secondary noise pollution. This significantly enhances the flotation effect and reduces processing costs.
D. Features pre-aeration, decolorization, and COD reduction; the effluent and floating sludge contain a certain amount of oxygen, which is beneficial for the subsequent treatment or reuse of high-concentration wastewater.
E. The generated sludge is instantaneously separated and isolated for discharge, resulting in minimal water disturbance; the sludge has a low moisture content, simplifying sludge disposal and saving costs.
F. The dissolved air generator features a unique design, compact size, high safety, and efficiency in dissolving air.
G. Low medication dosage, with low operational costs.

Four - Treatment Effect
The oil content in the oily wastewater can be reduced to below 5 mg/L.
Suspension Solid (SS) removal efficiency can reach 99%.
COD removal rate: 98%
The treated water is colorless and transparent, suitable for reasonable reuse.
