I. Product Overview
The DSW-A series equipment is designed primarily for the treatment of domestic sewage and similar industrial organic wastewater. Its main treatment method is the advanced and mature biochemical treatment technology known as the biological contact oxidation process. The water quality parameters are designed based on typical domestic sewage standards, with an average BOD5 of 200mg/l and an effluent BOD5 designed at 20mg/l. It consists of seven main components: (1) Primary Sedimentation Tank (2) Biological Contact Oxidation Tank (3) Secondary Sedimentation Tank (4) Disinfection Tank/Unit (5) Sludge Tank (6) Fans and Pumps, etc. (7) Electrical Control System.
Section II: Applicability Scope
The equipment is suitable for the wastewater treatment of domestic, hotel, school, mining, and factory dining and bathing facilities; as well as organic domestic wastewater from hospitals and sanatoriums; and similar industrial organic wastewater treatment.

The contact oxidation tank is the second stage, and the sludge from the secondary sedimentation tank flows directly to the sludge pond. The sludge is treated through anaerobic digestion.
Section 5: DSW-A Equipment Structure and Features
The DSW-A equipment is difficult to maintain due to its underground installation. Therefore, its maintenance-free nature was considered in its design. The entire structure of the equipment is reasonable and reliable, and it also takes into account that in the event of any malfunctions, access to the interior can be gained through various inspection ports.
The DSW-A equipment is housed within several containers, constructed from A3 steel plates with a thickness of 8mm. The containers are connected using seamless steel pipes. Both the interior and exterior of the equipment are coated with chlorosulfonated polyethylene anticorrosion paint, a product promoted by the Ministry of Chemical Industry. The equipment is typically coated with this paint in 8 layers: 2 primers and 6 topcoats, offering a corrosion-resistant lifespan of generally over 10 years.
The complete DSW-A equipment is designed for a 10-year maintenance and service cycle.

DSW-A Equipment Fully Automatic Microcomputer-Controlled Cabinet

Each unit is equipped with two pumps, two fans, and the corresponding control valves.
The pump operates in an alternating standby mode; the working fluid level automatically starts, locks at low level, and both pumps start simultaneously at the warning level. The two pumps can be interconnected or operated independently.
The fans are set up for one in use and one in reserve, alternating operation; both fans can be linked or operated separately.
The equipment can be operated intermittently on a scheduled basis to ensure the normal growth of the biofilm during extended shutdowns.
Fans and water pumps can be equipped with an automatic detection audio-visual alarm system, and are equipped with overcurrent, overvoltage, and phase loss protection circuits.
Sedimentation pond sludge removal is timed-controlled.
