I. Product Overview
This product is a newly developed DCY series belt-type degreaser by our company, based on the study of current degreasing equipment both domestically and internationally. It represents a new scientific research achievement of the Ministry of Mechanical and Electronic Industry and has been filed for a national patent.
Section II: Application Scope
The DCY series belt-type degreasing machines are suitable for industrial wastewater oil separators in various applications such as machinery oil, diesel, kerosene, lubricating oil, and edible oil, as well as in the drainage systems of factories and workshops. They are particularly effective for processing oily wastewater in industries like mechanical processing, steel rolling, aluminum rolling, fertilizer production, glass manufacturing, oil refining, oil storage, and railroads, and offer special efficacy for heavy oils and sticky oils.
Section 3: Product Features
Parameter Specifications \ Model | DCY-45 | DCY-60 | DCY-80 | DCY-100 | DCY-120 |
Custom-manufactured absorbent tapes with special materials, featuring hydrophobic and oleophilic properties, offering high oil absorption rates, quick absorption, and the capability to absorb oil both on the surface and in the depth, with absorption capacity up to a hundred times higher than steel belts and tapes, and a 100% absorption rate.
The machine is equipped with a secondary oil-water separation system, resulting in a low oil content in the recovered oil.
The DCY series degreaser, proven by factory usage, is a new equipment that is compact, quick to set up, and boasts high oil absorption rates. It offers both oil absorption for energy saving and oil removal to prevent contamination.
The economic and environmental benefits complement each other; the oil recycled by DCY equipment can recoup the investment in purchasing the equipment in the same year.
IV. Working Principle
The DCY series degreaser is mainly composed of special oil-absorbing belts with hydrophobic and oleophilic properties, oil extrusion rollers, oil-water separators, and transmission devices. After the floating oil in the wastewater pool is absorbed by the oil-absorbing belt, it is continuously lifted and brought into the oil extrusion unit by the transmission device. The oil-absorbing belt, after being extruded by the oil extrusion roller, re-enters the oil-water mixture to absorb more oil. This process continuously extracts and recycles oil from the water, with the recovered oil flowing into the oil-water separator. After separating the water, it is returned to the pool, while the pure oil automatically falls into barrels for direct use or refining. The water, after degreasing, can be recycled or undergo further treatment, achieving the effects of saving oil and water and protecting the environment.

Section 6: Installation and Commissioning of Extrusion Belt-type Degreaser
Position the machine securely, ensuring the axis of the squeezing roller is parallel to the horizontal plane.
Secure and adjust the absorbent belt support, ensuring the bottom of the absorbent belt is submerged 20-30 cm below the oil level. Place the absorbent belt according to the JCY oil removal machine's diagram, sequentially positioning it through the main and auxiliary squeezing rollers and the support frame.
Adjust the drive roller's adjustment bolt to allow the oil-absorbing belt to nearly but not quite fit between the main and driven compression rollers. After watering and expanding, it achieves an ideal oil extrusion effect.
Connect the wires between the electrical control box and the motor, then start the switch for debugging. Only after it operates normally is it permitted to put it into operation.
To ensure the secondary oil-water separator system is not contaminated, add tap water to 2/3 of the separator box prior to the first operation.
Lubricate all bearing parts with oil.
Adjust the adjusting nuts in the clear water tank to control the drainage volume, ensuring the outlet releases purer oil.
