Section 1:Product Overview
The FUX series floating oil absorbents are a new generation of oil-water separation equipment, developed based on our original XF series floating oil absorbents, integrating over a decade of installation and debugging experience and referring to domestic and international data. Over the past decade, we have updated and improved the product based on user feedback and suggestions, enhancing its usage effectiveness and economic benefits, earning unanimous praise from our customers.
II. Applicable Scope
The FUX series oil skimmers are primarily used for collecting floating oils such as engine oil, kerosene, diesel, lubricating oil, vegetable oil, and other liquids with a specific gravity less than that of water. Regardless of the thickness of the oil layer on the water surface, they can aggregate and absorb the oils into the storage drum.
This machine is suitable for sectors such as machinery, rail, petroleum, metallurgy, chemicals, and light industry products, with specific applications including:
In the oil-water separator pond of the wastewater treatment system.
In various coolant circulating reservoirs.
In the pretreatment equalization pond prior to deep purification of oily wastewater.
Floating oil collection in the air flotation separation pond.
In other two-liquid separation processes with different specific gravities.
Section 3: Product Features
The machine consists of an underwater oil-absorbing section and a secondary separation section on the ground. Compared to other models of oil collectors, it has the following advantages:
The secondary oil-water separator on the ground has been added, enhancing the purity of the oil quality.
Regardless of the thickness of the oil layer on the surface, the purpose of oil recovery can be achieved by adjusting the buoyant float of the oil-absorbing part in the water.
The unique oil extraction and collection method ensures minimal risk of clogging from oil and suspended particles.
The equipment is compact and lightweight, making it easy to be moved and operated by a single person, working wherever there is floating oil.

Section 4: Working Principle
1. Subsurface: Activate the oil pump, and the oil layer enters the oil collector after suspended matter is separated through a grid.
2. Ground section: The oil accumulated in the oil collector is suctioned into the ground secondary separation unit through a hose and vacuum tank. The oil and water are separated by a tilted pipe, allowing the oil to float and water to settle. The oil then flows into the oil collection drum for reuse or further processing. Water returns to the grease separator through an adjusting nut and a clean water overflow trough.

Reduced oil waste pollution in water, protecting the environment.
In a short period, the full investment in purchasing equipment can be recovered from the recycled waste oil, yielding significant economic benefits and energy savings.
Used in the circulating coolant reservoir, it can remove the surface floating oil from the pool, allowing the coolant to directly come into contact with air for aeration, thereby extending the lifespan of the coolant and reducing the cost of preparation.
When used for separating two liquids of different specific gravities, it can be reused in production, achieving the purpose of energy and material conservation, and reducing production costs.
