The YB43X proportional pressure reducing valve is a valve that uses a piston-type structure for pressure regulation. It achieves the function of reducing dynamic and static pressure at a fixed ratio by utilizing the pressure difference generated by the varying cross-sectional areas at both ends of the floating piston.
Working Principle
The valve operates by moving a floating piston under the influence of the inlet pressure, utilizing the difference in cross-sectional areas at the piston ends to create a pressure differential. This reduces the pressure after the valve to a set ratio (e.g., 2:1, 3:1). Regardless of the pressure changes before the valve, the pressure after the valve remains stable within the set ratio range, while also providing functions to reduce dynamic and static pressure.
Key Performance
Pressure Reduction Precision: Error not exceeding ±8%
Work Pressure: 0.2-2.5 MPa (varies by model)
Applicable Medium: Water, Gas, Temperature ≤ 90℃
