Overview:
OneForce brand RPP series water jet vacuum pumps are made of reinforced polypropylene plastic, injection molded in one piece, offering high mechanical strength, strong corrosion resistance, smooth surface, simple structure, and compact size. Among similar products currently available, they feature long service life, large exhaust volume, and high vacuum degree, making them a great substitute for water ring vacuum pumps and reciprocating vacuum pumps.
This pump can extract corrosive gases at temperatures up to 150°C, and when used in series with a steam jet pump, it achieves higher vacuum levels. It is widely used in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, textiles, food, brewing, metallurgy, and environmental protection, primarily for processes like vacuum absorption, filtration, concentration, drying, conveying, oxygen removal, and oxygen enrichment. Our factory offers complete vertical and horizontal sets. Customers can also choose from our range of corrosion-resistant pumps, check valves, piping, and other complementary products.

You should know the differences:
The ratio of glass fiber content is crucial for the product's lifespan, including its strength and wear resistance.
2. In 2013, to ensure the stability of product quality, we invested over 1 million yuan to purchase the industry-leading 7880 model 5000g injection molding machine. All accessories are processed in-house to reduce air holes in the products, enhance density, and guarantee the quality of the injection-molded parts.
