The cross-flow closed-loop cooling tower is constructed primarily with steel plates, featuring an additional steel framework internally. This product features a dual-fan structure, with both fans being driven by a single motor via a belt-driven reducer. Compared to the cross-flow fiberglass cooling tower, the key difference lies in the distinct difference between the coil and the packing, and the circulating water operates in a fully enclosed system.
Features of Horizontal-Flow Closed-Circuit Cooling Towers:
(1) Eliminate Hazards Caused by Debris and Scale in Cooling Water Systems: Softened cooling water circulates in a closed-loop system, not directly exposed to the external environment. This prevents the entry and accumulation of floating objects, dust, harmful ions, etc., in the cooling water system, thereby avoiding efficiency reduction and dirtying failures.
(2) The adoption of a new type of heat exchanger simplifies the installation and replacement of coils: A, The connection between the new type of heat exchanger coils and headers uses a patented flange connection method, simplifying the installation and removal of the heat exchanger coils. B, The new type of heat exchanger employs a three-dimensional inclined technology to address issues of poor drainage and residue.
(3) Optimized layout of new heat exchangers and fillers for easier maintenance and care: The optimized design of the new heat exchangers with high-performance fillers simplifies and streamlines the maintenance and cleaning processes for the heat exchange coils and fillers.
(4) The adoption of a new type of fan further enhances performance: The new fan blades, designed using a 3-axis inverse solution method, are cast from a whole steel mold and have undergone rigorous dynamic balance testing, resulting in improved exhaust capacity and further reduced operating noise.
(5) Internalizing Sprinkler Piping: The sprinkler piping is installed inside the cooling tower, eliminating external piping, which enhances the tower's aesthetics and reduces on-site piping costs.
