Application Scope:

2810-C - Primarily used for producing various hardware simulated copper paint, imitation electroplated silver paint, electroplated silver paint, etc.

(Replaces traditional electroplating, chrome plating with water and electricity, with no residual pollutants, etc., more environmentally friendly, applied with spray painting techniques, easy to operate)

Usage Instructions:

Add 2810-C and mix well with an appropriate amount of aluminum silver powder or pearl mica paste, amino resin, and additives before use.

Recommended baking temperature: 140-150°C. Baking time: Dry in 20-30 minutes.

Recommended Diluent Formula: Butyl Acetate 10, Water Retarder 10, Xylene 70, Cyclohexanone 10 (Slow-drying Formula Water)

(Note) For higher gloss, add the glossy shrinkage inhibitor additive 438. It can significantly enhance the gloss of the coating film.

Add 5%-8% to the diluent thinner to enhance film gloss and prevent pinholes.

Once the paint is well mixed, apply it by thinning it at a ratio of 1:1 or 1:1.5 for spraying. The metallic finish is delicate, achieving a look similar to electroplated or chrome-plated effects.

Adding mica powder or mica paste to the resin will result in an antique bronze or simulated copper effect, suitable for high-end simulated copper door paint and varnish.

Adjust solvent drying rate appropriately based on weather conditions.
