The PC sheet is produced from polycarbonate as the main material. The polycarbonate sheet made a rapid entry into the decorative building materials market in the mid-1980s. It boasts superior properties such as lightness, weather resistance, flame retardancy, and sound insulation compared to laminated glass, wired glass, tempered glass, and hollow glass, all thanks to the high quality of the polycarbonate sheet. It has gained general recognition in architectural design, decoration projects, environmental engineering, and the advertising industry. Product features:

(1) Transparency: PC Sunboard has a high light transmission rate of up to 89%, rivaling glass. UV-coated panels do not yellow or fog under sunlight exposure, and only lose 10% of their light transmission after ten years. PVC loses up to 15%-20%, while glass fiber loses 12%-20%.

(2) Impact Resistance: Its impact strength is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 30 times that of acrylic sheets of the same thickness, and 2-20 times that of tempered glass. It can withstand a 3kg hammer falling two meters without cracking, earning it the nicknames of "Unbreakable Glass" and "Echoing Steel."

(3) UV Protection: One side of the PC board is co-extruded with an anti-UV (UV) coating, while the other side is treated for anti-condensation. It combines anti-UV, thermal insulation, and fog-proofing functions into one. It can block UV rays and is suitable for protecting valuable artworks and exhibits from UV damage.

(4) Lightweight: Half the density of glass, saving costs for transportation, handling, installation, and supporting frames.

(5) Flame Retardant: According to National Standard GB8624-2006, PC Sunlight Boards are classified as Class B flame retardant. The auto-ignition temperature of PC panels is 580°C, they will self-extinguish after being removed from the fire source, and will not produce toxic gases or contribute to the spread of fire.

(6) Bendability: Can be cold-bent on-site according to design drawings to form arches, semi-circular roofs, and windows. The minimum bend radius is 175 times the thickness of the panel, and can also be heat-bent.
