Handwheel-operated shutter mechanism

Screw Actuated Gate Operator: Utilizes a helical screw for transmission, capable of controlling the vertical or rotational movement of gates, weirs, and valves, thereby enabling the opening and closing of valves and gates. The mechanism is compact and rational, with high lifting force and a complete range of models. It is widely used in waterworks, sewage treatment plants, and various water supply and drainage projects, as well as in hydraulic and hydroelectric projects for the lifting and adjustment of gates, weirs, and sludge valves.

Manual (handwheel, hand-crank) and electric (hand-electric dual-use) control types are available. Featuring a spiral screw drive mechanism, it can control the vertical movement (such as gates, weirs, and valves) or rotational movement (like disk valves and rotating weirs) of the operated equipment. This enables the opening and closing of valves and gates, with a compact and rational structure, high lifting force, comprehensive series, and wide application in waterworks, wastewater treatment plants, various water supply and drainage projects, and hydraulic and hydroelectric projects for the lifting and adjustment of gates, weirs, sludge valves, and other equipment.

Two-in-one flashlight switch operation procedure:

1. Inspect the dual-purpose switchgear's power distribution equipment for operational status. Close the main switch of the switchgear power supply, and immediately activate the backup power source in case of a power outage, and perform the power switch as required.

2. Check for phase loss in the three-phase power supply and ensure the voltage meets the requirements.

3. Inside the switch box, check the power indicator, and sequentially open and close the gates, ensuring the operation aligns with the indicated direction.

4. In case of issues such as jamming, difficulty in opening or closing, overloading, stalling, or abnormal noises from the gate or opening/closing mechanism, it is imperative to stop immediately and check for and resolve the fault.

5. When stopping at a certain height and encountering brake slippage, immediate emergency measures should be taken to force the brake to engage.

6. During the operation of the two-way electric shutter, when the lifting height exceeds 20m, oil should be added by tightening the oil gauge on the lubrication parts such as bearing bushes and shaft liners.

7. In case of an unexpected stop, first disconnect the power, identify the cause, rectify the fault, and then resume operation.

8. Do not adjust the braking equipment or tighten the fastening screws when the gate is in the open position.
