Screw Actuated Gate Valves: Utilizing spiral screw transmission, these valves can control the vertical movement (such as sluice gates, weirs, and gate valves) or rotational movement (like butterfly valves and rotating weirs) of the gates or valves, thereby achieving their opening and closing. The mechanism is compact and rational, with high lifting force, a complete range of models, and is widely used in waterworks, sewage treatment plants, various water supply and drainage projects, and in the lifting and adjustment of gates, weirs, and sludge valves in hydraulic and hydroelectric projects.

Manual (handwheel, hand-crank) and electric (hand-electric dual-use) control types are available. The spiral screw drive allows for controlling the up and down movement (gates, weirs, valves, etc.) or rotational movement (disk valves, rotating weirs, etc.) of the machinery, thereby enabling the opening and closing of valves or gates. The mechanism is compact and rational, with a strong lifting force, a complete series, and is widely used in waterworks, sewage treatment plants, various water supply and drainage projects, and hydraulic and hydroelectric projects for the lifting and adjustment of gates, weirs, sludge valves, and other equipment.

Handheld flashlight dual-action switch operation procedure:

1. Inspect the dual-use switchgear's power distribution equipment and operating status. Close the main power switch when the power grid is off. Immediately switch to the backup power source as required.

2. Check for phase imbalance in the three-phase power supply and verify if the voltage meets the requirements.

3. Inside the switch box, check the power indicator, and turn the power switch on and off in sequence. The gate's opening and closing operation should align with the indicated direction.

4. In case of issues such as the door card of the two-way flashlight shutter jamming, heavy opening and closing, overloading of the shutter, stalling, or abnormal noises from the gate or shutter mechanism, it is imperative to stop immediately and check for and resolve the fault.

5. In the event of brake slippage when stopping at a certain height, emergency measures should be taken to force the brake.

6. During the operation of the dual-purpose switch-on/switch-off machine, add oil and tighten the oil gauge for lubrication areas such as bearing bushes and shaft liners every time the switch height exceeds 20 meters.

7. In case of an unexpected stop, first disconnect the power, identify the cause, rectify the fault, and then resume operation.

8. Do not adjust the braking equipment or tighten the fastening screws when the gate is in the open position.
