Screw-type shutdown machinery

Actuators are used in various large-scale water supply and drainage, as well as hydroelectric and water conservancy projects. They are designed to control the lifting and lowering of various large and medium-sized cast iron and steel gates to achieve the purpose of opening and closing.

Screw Actuated Gate Valves: Utilizing spiral screw drive, these valves can control the vertical movement (gates, weirs, valves, etc.) or rotational movement (disk valves, rotating weirs, etc.) of the actuated gates, thereby achieving the opening and closing of valves or gates. The mechanism is compact and rational, with high lifting force, a full range of series, and is widely used in waterworks, sewage treatment plants, various water supply and drainage projects, and in the lifting and adjustment of gates, weirs, sludge valves, and other equipment in hydraulic and hydroelectric projects.

Manual (handwheel, hand-crank) and electric (dual-hand/electric) control types are available. The spiral screw drive controls the vertical movement (such as sluice gates, weirs, and valves) or rotational movement (like butterfly valves, rotating weirs) of the opening and closing mechanisms, thereby enabling the operation of valves and gates. The mechanism is compact and rational, with high opening and closing force, a complete range, and is widely used in waterworks, sewage treatment plants, various water supply and drainage projects, and hydraulic and hydroelectric projects for the lifting and adjustment of gates, weirs, and sludge valves, etc.

Operation Procedure for Dual-Use Flashlight Switch-On/Switch-Off Machine

1. Inspect the dual-purpose switchgear's power distribution equipment for operational status, close the main power switch, and immediately activate the backup power source upon power outage, and perform the power switch as required.

2. Check for phase imbalance in the three-phase power supply and ensure the voltage meets the requirements.

3. Check the power switch inside the control box, confirm the power indicator, and sequentially open and close the gates. The opening and closing operation should align with the indicated direction.

4. In cases of door card jamming, heavy opening and closing, overloading of the opening and closing machine, stagnation, or abnormal noises from the gate or opening and closing machine, it is imperative to stop immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.

5. When stopping at a certain altitude and encountering brake slip, immediate emergency measures should be taken to force the brake to engage.

6. During the operation of the two-way switchable flashlight closure machine, after every 20 meters of lift height exceeded, tighten the oil gauge on the lubrication points such as bearing sleeves and shaft liners to add oil once.

7. In case of an unexpected stop, first disconnect the power, identify the cause, rectify the fault, and then resume operation.

8. When the gate is in the open position, it is prohibited to adjust the braking equipment or loosen the fixed screws.
