Basic Performance Requirements
1. Cleanliness requirement within the laminar airflow transfer window: Class B; Laminar airflow transfer window
2. Double-layer shell with internal edges rounded for seamless connections.
3. Utilizing a laminar flow design with an upward-to-downward airflow pattern, the bottom is constructed with 304 stainless steel cold-rolled sheet perforated design, featuring reinforced ribs.
Material requirements for laminar airflow transfer window
1. The inner and outer surfaces, as well as the frame of the airlock, are made of 304 stainless steel cold-rolled sheet with a thickness of ≥1.5mm. The surface is polished, with a surface finish of no less than RA1.2.
2. The frames of the airlock transfer hoods are all made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of ≥1.2mm, and are polished for a surface finish of no less than RA1.2.
3. The visual window of the airlock uses tempered glass, with a thickness of ≥8mm.
4. Rounded Corners: Made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of ≥1.2mm, the surface should be polished to a luster no less than RA1.2.
5. The filter frame is made of aluminum alloy.
6. The even flow plate of the filter outlet is made of 304 stainless steel mesh, with a material thickness of ≥1.0mm and free from burrs.
