Purpose of Clean Sampling Vehicle:
Clean Sampling Vehicle(Also known as Clean Sampling Vehicle) is a vertical unidirectional air flow local air purification equipment that provides a local clean environment, allowing flexible movement within the workshop to meet cleanliness requirements in certain spaces that fixed laminar flow hoods, air purifiers, and other equipment cannot reach. It is an idealized mobile device for sampling, goods transfer, and other applications in industries such as healthcare, biological products, food, and electronics, and is a mandatory equipment according to GMP Article 22. In accordance with GMP standards, our company's sampling vehicles achieve a 10,000 clean level (*up to 100,000 clean level), and the electric components used comply with the GB1497-85 (Electrical Safety Standard) and GB-191 (Packaging Standard) regulations.
Clean Sampling Vehicle Features:
1. The upper section of the clean sampling vehicle is a supply air static pressure box, while the lower section is the clean area. The body is a stainless steel supply air unit fitted with filters made from ultra-fine glass fiber material. The clean area is equipped with lighting fluorescent lamps and UV sterilization lamps at the top. To facilitate staff work and observation, the operating surface side panels of the clean working area are made of transparent glass, and the front and rear windshields are made of transparent environmental-friendly material PVC anti-static curtains.
2. The clean sampling vehicle is equipped with microcomputer control, featuring a power switch, high, medium, and low speed control switches, a lighting switch, and a sterilization switch, directly controlling the equipment. 3. The clean sampling vehicle uses an ultraviolet sterilization lamp, which emits intense 257.3NM short-wave ultraviolet radiation. It not only kills the active cells of microorganisms but also effectively sterilizes highly heat-resistant spores (such as Bacillus subtilis spores) and other bacterial spores. Additionally, the bacteria can be rapidly destroyed under the action of ultraviolet light.
Operation Principle of Clean Sampling Vehicle:
The working principle of the clean sampling vehicle utilizes a vertical airflow pattern. The indoor air, after being filtered through a pre-filter, is pressurized into a static pressure box by a variable air volume fan unit, and then undergoes a secondary filtration. The clean airflow blown out from the filter face passes through the working area at a certain uniform cross-sectional velocity, carrying away dust and biological particles, thereby creating a sterile and dust-free working environment.
