The Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) machine is typically composed of a steel structure, with its main and core components including a dissolved air tank, gas storage tank, air compressor, high-pressure pump, and flotation device, among others. The following is a detailed description of each part's structure:

Aeration Tank: The aeration tank is a crucial component of the dissolved air flotation machine, which serves to maximize contact with air to accelerate its dissolution. The tank is internally equipped with baffles that enhance the dispersion and transmission of air and water, thereby improving the efficiency of air dissolution.
Gas Storage Tank: Gas storage tanks are used for storing compressed air, providing a stable gas source for aeration systems.
Air Compressor: The air compressor serves as the power source for the dissolved air system, used to deliver air into the air storage tank and dissolved air tank.
High-pressure Pump: The high-pressure pump is used to send water and compressed air together into the dissolved air tank, forming supersaturated dissolved air water.

Air flotation unit: The air flotation unit consists of components such as the release device, homogenizer, sewage pipe, outlet pipe, sludge pond, and scum pond. The release device is used to introduce dissolved air water into the flotation tank, generating a large number of tiny bubbles. The homogenizer ensures a more uniform water flow in the flotation tank, enhancing the flotation efficiency. The sewage pipe and outlet pipe are for water intake and discharge, while the sludge pond and scum pond are used for collecting and treating the suspended matter that floats to the surface.
Additionally, dissolved air flotation machines may be equipped with auxiliary devices such as coagulant mix storage tanks, sludge scraper, screw discharge machines, etc., to enhance their treatment efficiency and ease of use.
