Composite Filler

The composite packing is mainly composed of fiber bundles, plastic sheets, sleeves, and central ropes. Its unique structure features the replacement of plastic round clips with double-loop large plastic rings. The aldehyde fiber or polyester filaments are evenly pressed onto the ring's circumference, forming a fiber bundle. The inner ring is designed as snowflake-shaped plastic branches, which not only facilitate film attachment but also effectively cut bubbles, enhancing the rate and efficiency of oxygen transfer. Moreover, the central rope of the composite packing comes in two options: plastic rope and fiber rope, allowing for flexible configuration based on actual needs.

 Combination fillers are widely used in various sewage and wastewater treatment projects, serving as biological carriers for the biological contact oxidation process and anaerobic fermentation method in wastewater treatment. They are compatible with equipment such as contact oxidation towers, oxidation ponds, and oxidation tanks, by providing an附着 area and an environment conducive to biofilm growth, promoting the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, thereby effectively removing organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, and other pollutants from wastewater.
