Grating de污ing machines are water treatment equipment widely used in urban sewage treatment, water supply industries, power plant intake, and wastewater treatment processes in industries such as textiles, food processing, papermaking, and leather. Their primary function is to continuously and automatically intercept and remove variously shaped debris from fluids, ensuring smooth water flow, making them important equipment in the solid-liquid separation field.

These tines are typically made of ABS engineering plastic, nylon, or stainless steel and are arranged in a certain sequence on the tine shaft to form a closed tine chain. As the transmission system drives the sprocket to rotate uniformly and in a specific direction, the entire tine chain moves from top to bottom, separating solid debris from the liquid. The fluid then flows out through the gaps between the tines, achieving solid-liquid separation.

For certain types of格栅cleaning machines, such as the drum-type格栅cleaning machine, the working principle is slightly different. The drum-type格栅cleaning machine consists of a rotating wedge-shaped drum, a squeezing driving screw, and a squeezing stage equipped with a motor. As the drum rotates, the wedge-shaped grid openings can capture solid debris in the fluid. The grid waste spiral conveying device and the squeezing dewatering device are installed in the center of the filter grid, transporting and squeezing the captured grid waste for dewatering treatment.
