1. Surrounding Drive Mud (Suction) Removal Machine Overview
Peripheral Drive Sludge Scrapper, commonly used in urban waterworks and town wastewater treatment plants as sedimentation tank scrapper equipment. It features central water intake and sludge discharge, peripheral drainage, ensuring uniform water flow. Suitable for sludge and grit removal in large and medium-sized auxiliary overflow sedimentation tanks. The machine is designed with a central pier dual (single) peripheral drive, offering high torque and energy efficiency. It utilizes central water intake and sludge discharge, with peripheral drainage to maintain uniform water flow, and employs a self-priming system with a liquid level difference. Overload protection is included, and it can be connected to a computer for network control.
During operation, wastewater is diffused through a conduit from the central pier. The coarse particles in the mixture settle and form a sludge layer at the bottom of the pool, with the lighter material floating on the surface. The working bridge, driven by peripheral drive mechanisms, slowly rotates around the central pier, moving scraper blades to remove the sludge layer by layer from around the pool to the central sedimentation hole. Floating debris is scraped by the scraper blade along the conduit and thrown into the waste collection bin around the pool, which is then discharged outside the pool.
