Shandong Bocuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. has developed a new chlorine dioxide generator. It produces a mixed disinfectant solution of chlorine dioxide and chlorine gas using sodium chlorate and hydrochloric acid as raw materials. This solution is widely used for disinfecting drinking water or wastewater; sterilizing and algae control in industrial circulating cooling water; decolorization, deodorization, or removal of reductive pollutants in industrial wastewater.

Operating Principle:

The sodium chlorate aqueous solution and hydrochloric acid solution are introduced into the reactor by a metering pump, where they undergo a full reaction under specific temperatures and negative pressure, producing a disinfection gas mainly consisting of chlorine dioxide and supplemented by chlorine gas. After being absorbed by a water jet and thoroughly mixed with water, the disinfectant solution is then introduced into the water to be disinfected.
